Downtown Los Angeles came alive with a symphony of colors, beats, and unity at the Blaxicana Fest Fashion Show. Hosted at the iconic Pershing Square, this event was a testament to the creative vision of Alece Plasencia, the brilliant CEO behind the sensational clothing brand, “Blaxicana.”
From the moment the music started, courtesy of DJ Blaserk, DJ Anastazja, and DJ Tendaji, the night was set on fire. Their mixes created a perfect canvas for a night of celebration and anticipation. As the crowd’s excitement reached its zenith, the high-energy host, Septimius The Great, took the stage, making every attendee feel like they were part of something special. The evening kicked off with stellar performances from Luna Tyde, T.M.I, Love Love, Ayem Honcho, and Lizzy1, setting the stage for what was to come. And the surprise performance by Septimius The Great himself, singing his catchy hit “I am Fashion,” left the audience wanting more.
The runway segment was nothing short of a visual feast, with Jocelyn’s mesmerizing Angel wings performance, followed by music artist Rey Chango’s electrifying set, accompanied by 20 stunning models showcasing the remarkable LUXURY DENIM JACKETS created by Alece Plasencia. As they strutted down the runway, they left the audience in awe with every step.
As the night progressed, DJ Anastazja and DJ Tendaji continued to keep the energy alive with pulsating house music, matching each transition as the models showcased a variety of luxurious and stylish jackets.
The grand finale of the runway show saw all 20 models line up on stage, bathed in applause and admiration, celebrating the power of diversity and fashion to bring people together.
The event was brought to a captivating close by the incredible fire dancer, Jocelyn, whose fiery performance left the crowd in awe and applause.
